Open Access Policy
Open Access Policy
Smart Digital Library fully endorses the principle of open access as a fundamental element in advancing contemporary science and knowledge dissemination. SDL adheres to the definition provided by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), ensuring readers have the unrestricted right to freely read, download, copy, distribute, and use published materials for any lawful purpose. This access is granted without financial, legal, or technical barriers, except those inherent in accessing the Internet itself.
All articles published in Smart Digital Library are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), which ensures free, open, legal, and transparent sharing and reuse of intellectual work with proper citation.
By submitting a manuscript to Smart Digital Library, authors explicitly confirm their authorship. An author is defined as an individual who has significantly contributed to the research, including development of the research concept, collection of empirical data, analysis and interpretation of the data, and drafting the manuscript. All authors must meet these criteria to claim authorship legitimately.
Copyright for published articles remains with the authors.
